How long does the booking process take?

Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will check the availability and share with you the total rental amount for the booking period you are interested in.

Once the advance payment is made from your end,  booking shall be deemed confirmed.

Usually, we will revert to you within 72 hours of receipt of reservation request.

What methods of payment accepted?

As if now, we accept only bank deposits.

For paying deposits for reservations please pay 50% of the total fare into:

Please be aware that the bank makes charges for international bank transfer and these charges are not included in our bill they are to be paid by the sender.

Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?

You need to pay 50% advance only on our bank account, balance 50% you can pay by cash at the time of check-in.

Can I reschedule or postpone my confirmed booking?

Confirmed booking reschedule / postpone request can be made at least 15 days before check-in date.

We will check the availability of the same room for the desired new dates, if available than only rooms can be allotted on new  date at the price applicable at that point of time.

If not available on new dates, than we regret we can’t reschedule. You can cancel the booking as per our cancellation policy.

 

Are there any seasonal pricing?

The prices are per night, tax 12,5% is included.

Booking in Off-season: minimum 3 nights stay.

Booking in season: minimum 7 nights stay.

Booking Questions

Is there any advance payment to be made for reservation?

Yes, 50% of the total rental amount to be paid on our bank account as an advance for reservation confirmation.

How do I cancel a reservation request?

Send a mail request with booking reference at least a week before arrival date.

Please note,  min. 2 nights fare shall be deducted plus bank charges and remaining amount shall be refunded to your bank account within 7 days of approval of reservation cancellation.

  • Cancellation rules for groups. 25% of the total payment.
  • Individual travelers 2 nights fee.

How do I check the status of my reservation?

You will get notified by mail once we receive 50% advance payment.

Are there any house rule to follow?

No loud music.

No smoking in common areas.

No additional guests without permission.
